Is there an issue with your unit, but not sure you need to get strata involved yet?
Discuss it here with your fellow residents! This is for anything not an emergency; for anything serious ( water leaks, etc ) email or call the strata property manager.
For really serious issues ( ie, fires ), call emergency services first before notifying strata!
